One thing I am learning is that eat green, more greens, and if its green keep eating it..green dark veggies are oh so good for you!!
Not that I want to advertise but this shake mix is awesome, I buy it at Costco for $29.99 its so good if you add a banana and/or healthy peanut butter. This is not a meal replacement, but a midmorning and mid afternoon snack!
Breakfast with a half a cup of jasmine rice, left over sautéed veggies from the fajita's and eggs. So, yummy!
Another veggie, two plumbs, eggs with turkey lunch meat in it, half a cup of rice, and sweet peas.
I love this grapeseed oil. it is amazing…I use it all the time. I love the garlic in it.
I use this too, its almost yummy!

A new journey!
Last week my daughter and I started a new journey to get into shape and find better habits…We first joined a class called T.E.A.M. Weight loss at our gym. Then we changed our eating habits to eat clean and with that we hope that the two combined with show some results.
This morning we went into the gym for our metabolic testing to see where we were and what our levels were. Basically what all that means is they tested our breathing and tested our heart rate to find the best range for us to workout and burn fat. Which is the biggest part of weight loss, burning fat. Our class is three days a week and then we will walk, swim, or do other classes the other three days a week. We love it so far.
I do have to admit after the first day, I could not even sit to pee on the toilet the next day, much less sitting in a chair, or my car, three days later I felt better! My daughter was also sore, but not to the extreme I was. I had muscles I didn't even know I had hurt.
This is what the pictures were like this morning for the metabolic testing…
I know its not pretty, but it was good to find out where I best work out. I know that I'm out of shape and overweight.
Yesterday, I got on the scale and I weighted 298.6. When I started last week I was 302.8. Aubrey has been at 205 and can't seem to break through the 200 barrier. So, with exercise and healthy eating we are doing it.
